NVIDIA Unveils RTX Spark Game Support and DLSS 4.5

Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, and Embark will bring games to NVIDIA RTX Spark ahead of its launch this fall.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
  • EA, Ubisoft, and Embark Studios announced support for NVIDIA RTX Spark ahead of its fall release.
  • DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction launched with a second-generation AI transformer model for ray-traced games.
  • EA Javelin Anticheat will run natively on RTX Spark hardware for multiplayer titles.

NVIDIA announced at the Gamescom conference in Cologne, Germany, that Electronic Arts, Embark Studios, and Ubisoft are bringing PC games to its RTX Spark platform ahead of its launch this fall.

RTX Spark combines Windows devices with NVIDIA DLSS and Reflex technologies to support personal AI agents, content creation, and gaming on single-chip systems. The new partners join KRAFTON, NetEase, Riot Games, and XBOX, which announced RTX Spark support at COMPUTEX in May.

Confirmed titles for the platform include EA's EA SPORTS F1 25 and Apex Legends, Ubisoft's Anno 117: Pax Romana, and Embark Studios' ARC Raiders and THE FINALS. Stéphane Jankowski, Ubisoft executive producer of Anno 117: Pax Romana, stated that RTX Spark maintained visual fidelity across wide viewports and dense details from a single chip.

Anti-cheat and graphical updates

NVIDIA partnered with EA to bring native EA Javelin Anticheat support to RTX Spark devices to accommodate multiplayer titles.

NVIDIA also released DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction. The update uses a second-generation transformer model trained on supercomputers to replace traditional denoisers, reconstructing unsampled pixels in ray- and path-traced scenes.

Game integrations and cloud support

Path tracing is coming to CONTROL Resonant and 007 First Light, while Gears of War: E-Day will integrate RTX Mega Geometry, ray tracing, and DLSS 4.5. NVIDIA ACE technologies will arrive in Aniimo in early 2027 to enable player interactions with in-game creatures.

Classic game remasters through RTX Remix include an updated Painkiller RTX mod available now, with The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind RTX in development. NVIDIA also updated GeForce NOW with DLSS 4.5 controls and expanded support for Steam Machine hardware, with day-one cloud streaming scheduled for CONTROL Resonant and Gears of War: E-Day.
